Build Deal Information

iTapMenu has direct integration with many DMSs. If you have not had it turned on with your subscription, please call us today to go over the details to have it tuned on.
If your DMS doesn’t work with us, no worries. You can type the info below and be ready just the same very easily and quickly.

1. In the upper right corner, there is an orange button + Create Deal - Click it to start.
2. Enter your DMS dealer number in the box shown. Choose a template if you built one and then click Pull to the right.
3. You should see all of your deal and customer info prefilled. From here you need to just confirm it all. It is best to check it here and confirm before moving forward.

If you do not have DMS integration, all the same info below can be entered by typing it in.

1. BUYER INFORMATION __ Start with the Buyer Information and work your way around. Make sure the name is correct.
2. VEHICLE INFORMATION __ Check the Vehicle Information. Is the VIN correct? Does the description match the vehicle you are selling? Are there miles? If the vehicle is new, make sure there are at least 5 or 10 miles in the box.
3. IN SERVICE DATE __ The In Service Date will always default to the day of your deal. So if it's a new vehicle, great. However, if it's a pre-owned vehicle change the In-Service Date. At least make the year match the model year of the vehicle. This is so your service contract rates correctly with no problems. Choose a Vehicle Status and a Vehicle Type.  The type is what is displayed in the presentation animation.
4. FINANCIAL INFORMATION __ Give the Financial Information a good look. Is the price right, how about the amount financed? If you wish to use the Capped Finance feature, put your TOTAL capped amount here. This way iTapMenu will keep track of it for you. MSRP or NADA value. Bank Fees if the is a bank fee that is NOT already in the amount financed. Put it here so we can dial in your payment and get you right on. Then if you want to change the Days to 1st Pay or override the product tax rate.
5. TERMS __ Terms should be good to go, but make sure your payment matches. It should be dead on or off by a penny, two at the most. If it isn’t, 5 things affect the payment. Amount Financed, Days to 1st Pay, Bank Fee, Term, and Rate and they are all right there if you need to fix something.

Once you confirm all of it, Click the orange Save in the upper right corner.
