Overview, Getting Started & Set Up
Hello and thank you for partnering with iTapMenu!
Below are your first required steps to help you get started as well as brush up on exclusive features for our experienced users. Included are links to videos for each step on our YouTube channel. Once you complete each step and watch the videos, you can then join the iTapMenu dealer family in Zoom meetings and webinars to learn from us on steps, tricks, and shortcuts to make your user experience the best it can be. Before you begin, we strongly recommend a few things to make your user and customer experience optimal:

1. PASSWORD & WEBSITE
You should have already received an email to set up your password. Your login will be the email you received the invite in. Once you have set up your login, the system will automatically direct you to our operating website. It is different than our public website that advertises our system. For reference, the website is: fandeye.itapmenu.com

2. SET UP
In the lower-left corner, you should see your name. Hover your mouse over your name and this is where you can log out. You also should see an option to Manage Profile (click it now). Add your name and cell phone info, and save. Then click on the orange button Send Signature PAD SMS. You will receive a text. You can then sign your name on your phone and we will store it and place it on your contracts on the appropriate line.
