Reports (Vision AST)

iTapMenu is delighted to join forces with Vision AST, a partnership that brings all our reporting functionality under one roof. This seamless integration is a key feature of the Pro version of iTapMenu, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you, especially when we have DMS integration set up.

Vision AST, a dedicated reporting service, offers a wealth of exceptional reports. These reports are designed to equip you and your management team with the insights needed to understand and navigate office trends effectively.

The steps below are for accessing those reports as long as they are turned on for your store. 

1. Once our support team turns it on inside of iTapMenu, when you set up your log-in, it will automatically generate the codes needed to give you access.  (* This is important when we initially set up your store. Please provide us with ALL the team members at your store who will need access to the reports. They will need to have access to iTapMenu first, and then the report can be viewed inside of iTapMenu.)
2. Once support and Vision confirm that you are turned on (24 hours), you can click on Fandeye—Reports on the far right-hand side. 
3. This will open up all the reports you can access inside iTapMenu.
