FandEye™ - Record

iTapMenu allows you to record presentations if you wish. This could be a valuable feature for either management or an agency managing your store. 

If your store is interested in activating this feature, simply reach out to our support team. They will guide you through the process and turn on the recording feature for your account. 

​Once the recording feature is activated, using it is a breeze. Simply follow the steps outlined below to start recording your presentations. 

1. Once you build a menu and go into a presentation, a pop-up will appear. It will ask you if you wish to record and which device to use for video and audio. 
2. If you choose NO - it goes away, and nothing will be recorded. 
3. If you choose YES - the presentation, audio, and video will be recorded after you select your device.
4. Once the presentation is complete, anyone with access to iTapMenu and who chooses recordings when setting up their login can view the recordings.

To view the recordings:

1. Click FandEye - Record on the left side. 
2. You can search for recordings by user, customer, and date.
