Bi-Weekly Payments

iTapMenu is proud to partner with Auto Pay Plus and Equity 4 You. These are two separate bi-weekly payment companies that you can offer this service to your customers. It is a free service to sign up for and utilize. Once signed up, the company will respectfully contact you for training on how their feature works. Below are the steps to use it within iTapMenu. 

Both companies are fully integrated inside iTapMenu, meaning you can offer the service in your presentation and your contract. It is an invaluable service that is very popular and gives you an opportunity to sell more products giving a bi-weekly payments plan to the customer. 

​To activate this feature, contact support and they will send you a free enrollments form. Once complete and you are active with the company, support will activate the feature for you. Once activated and online, follow the steps below to set it up in iTapMenu and contract. 

1. When building a menu, once on the MENU tab, click the pencil below the column and add a second payment term. This time, however, choose "Bi-Weekly" as your frequency. 
2. You then offer the term in your presentation. 
3. If the customer chooses, choose that shopping cart connected to that term. 
4. Move forward as usual in all contracting of all your forms and contracts. 
5. Once you have all your normal contracts generated, click the orange button at the top of the screen for the company you signed up with. 
6. It will then walk you through setting up billing with customers' info. 
7. When ready, click ENROLL, and all your contracts, including your bi-weekly ones, will be prepared for printing.
