700 Credit / OFAC / Red Flag / Identity Verify

The advanced features allow the dealership and its end users to check with your customer with the primary three checks vital in the F/I office. There is an additional charge from iTapMenu for using this feature. All you do is set up an account with 700 Credit, and after a bit of setup by our support team, you can pull reports on your customers, whether they are in the store or, more importantly, if they aren't.

*** For all of our advanced features, we suggest you send them to yourself first to know what the customer will see if they ask you in advance.
They will then get us your credentials, and you are ready for the steps below. 
  1. Once you have an account with 700 Credit and it's active, you can build a menu like usual. However, you must enter an active email or, best practice, a cell number. 
  2. Once you complete the INFORMATION tab with the basic information on your customer, vehicle, and payment terms, hit SAVE in the upper right corner as usual. 
  3. Before you proceed and rate your products like usual, you then go back to the Information tab. 
  4. You will now see little buttons above your customer's name. Depending on which service you signed up for, you will see which or how many buttons you have. You could have just one service, Verify. You could also see two services or all three. 
  5. You only click the service you wish to check for this customer. 
  6. This will email or text the customer directly from 700 Credit. It will ask them if they approve of having their information checked. Once the customer clicks approve, the system will ask a few questions to confirm the customer is who they say they are. 
  7. Once the system has completed the check, you will see the customer's settings. You know it's complete with an option to print a check report.
