iTapMenu has brought excitement to what is typically the most painful part of the buying process for customers. Not only do they embrace the iTapMenu but they enjoy the overall experience. Clients feel like they’re in control and thus end up purchasing more options and programs as a result.
The climate of our industry is changing exponentially. Customers know more now (forums, online reviews, internet in general) and expect to get the same pushy F&I pitch. Today you have to be more careful not to ruin CSI and have bad "word of mouth" spreading. We have to challenge customers more to purchase back-end products. Reserves are dwindling month by month so that’s our main way to make a living. iTapMenu helps us in this matter by providing the proper tools for success and allows us to “customize” our presentation at the same time. “There’s no wrong way to use iTapMenu!”
My PVR increased immediately $150-200 each month. Product penetration went up at least 25% as well.

To my fellow finance managers out there, I strongly recommend that you take a look at iTapMenu. It’s fast, easy, and it forces you to not skip steps, which equals higher penetration and money. Buy it yourself if you have to. And the customers love playing with the iPad and customizing their own coverage. I’m sold.

This has been my first week of actually using iTapMenu with customers and being comfortable with presenting it and it is absolutely AWESOME and in the next few weeks our other business manager is going to be up and running. Using it with customers though has been great, I had a deal closed the other day with two products and while I was closing on those two products the customer dragged another product into the customer selections screen and bumped himself in the close.

iTapMenu is an amazing system! Simply put, it is the best menu system I have ever seen, it is completely functional, and customers love it. You can change your menu on the fly and the tracking function for your PRU, Managers, and Salespeople is top notch. Before you invest, you are welcome to shoot down here and I can show you in person. Getting to use it compared to seeing it online is really where iTapMenu excels, plus if your dealership is like mine, you need to justify every dollar you spend so if he or your GM or whoever wants to come down or meet up I am happy to show you. The tech team is great and they are always coming up with new things to add. The other great thing is, the guys who put iTapMenu together actually did F&I so they understand what it is like in the box, they made iTapMenu user-friendly and easy to use. I am hooked!

iTapMenu has helped me increase my per car average by over $400.00! With 20 years of experience in the business office, I currently work as a freelance F&I specialist in Southern Ontario and over the past 3 months I have used iTapMenu at a variety of dealerships and I love it! It's simple, customer friendly and it dramatically shortens the F&I process by eliminating the T/O and the need for brochures. Getting customers involved by allowing them to move icons into the customer selections demystifies the F&I process by allowing them to choose their own products and create their own payment! I often get the best results with the more 'difficult customers!' iTapMenu is fun and it's an awesome selling tool!

Since I have been using iTap Menu, my product penetration has gone up 25 to 35% and my PVR has increased $100. This is the best Finance Menu by far that I have ever used! I have been in the business office for 8 years. Last month, I touched over 100 deals and my ESP penetration was 78%. Customers rave about how professional my presentation is.

I like it because you can make payment changes on the fly. It’s quick and simple to setup. You can make ESP coverage changes on the fly. Customers can actually choose their own payment options. Simple to navigate – Drag & Drop!! I have increased my product penetrations!

I’m really enjoying it so far – definitely has helped add a few more products on certain deals I can tell for sure – I had a customer who I never would have thought they’d buy tire and wheel and she dragged it into the customer selection column all by herself when on a traditional paper menu I don’t know if she would have done that. I love the interaction, the customers are all touching it and picking it up and you beg for that on a paper menu but rarely get it.

I wanted to share this with you because I think it sums up how much better the iTap has made the F&I office...
Last night we had a repeat customer come in to buy a 2012 Dodge Durango. This was going to be the 4th vehicle I had signed him up on, and he had never bought anything from me on the past 3 - despite what I felt was a great menu presentation... I prepared an iTap menu for him and his wife, and went through it exactly like I do for everyone, and here are the results:
I made 1.25 pts on rate
He bought 5yr/100,000 mile Wrap
He bought ETCH
He bought Premier UVP - all 4 products
He bought Auto Armor
I made $1,859.58 total back end profit, and the customers are extremely happy!!!
His wife wanted to buy everything, which would have meant adding GAP and Roadside Assistance, but they were putting $9,000 down and he didn't feel it was necessary; they are satisfied with their Roadside Assistance coverage they currently have with their auto insurance.
I understand that it will not be like this on every deal! But, take this guy for instance, who never buys anything in the box - Empower HIM with the ability to "drag and drop" products HE sees value in and allow HIM to customize his own payment options, and you turn that 100% NO guy into a YES!!!

I had every intention of waiting to use iTap until after I attended the webcast. It dawned on me after working so hard to try and get a customer to understand the differences between each product that I was offering that a simple visual aid would solve this problem. What better visual aid than iTap?! So, Saturday I gave iTap a whole hearted effort and I must say that I loved it. And so did my customers. Sold five products on three deals: 2 ESPs, 2 Maint, 1 Bundle. Not the absolute best day I have ever had, but all of my customers made completely informed decisions without any confusion as to what they were buying. Seeing their faces as I moved through the different products, changing term and mileage options, and landing on exactly what they wanted was a very refreshing experience. I honestly can't wait to become proficient in using your product. I can't imagine going back to the paper menu after using it for only one day.

For me it's made a huge difference. Customers LOVE it and I love it, so it makes the whole thing so easy. I've been doing F&I for 18 years and I've never seen or used a presentation tool that I like nearly as much as this one. It has increased my dollar-per-car by about $200.00, and my product penetration by about .5 products per customer. I used it for the last 2 weeks of May and then (because of an internal IT issue) couldn't use it at all in June. When we got it back up and running again the first of July, the difference between using it and not using it is remarkable! The best thing about it is the flexibility to customize it for EVERY deal. Every presentation is customized. For example, if I have 50% down, I leave out GAP. If the car is certified and already has Audi Care, I leave that off. The ability to change it while reviewing it also helps. For instance, last night I had a deal closed at 66 months. While going over the products, I changed the down payment and term to show her the different options and we ended up at 75 months, more down and ALL the products! It's a beautiful thing! Can you tell I like it?!

To give you an update on where we stand with the iTapMenu. We are having huge success with the iTapMenu. We have done 14 deals since Thursday and are sitting at $1833/unit, up from our usual $1270/unit. The customers are responding to it well. One customer said "This is the greatest selling tool I've seen. I bought everything."

Our first full month using iTap and we hit an all-time (40 year) store record for F&I income! Dollars per unit were up and products per delivery were up. The most amazing thing is how engaged customers become. Even folks you wouldn't expect to be tech savvy are moving icons and building their own payments...with product. Awesome!

I love the iTapMenu presentation. I have integrated this into not only mine, but the entire sales force process. I strongly believe this has made both the customer and my experience so much more enjoyable. The ease of use and the customer interaction has gained credibility with the customer and allowed them to enjoy "choosing" their own products, not getting "sold." I had one situation where a young lady enjoyed the iTap and played with the interface to move various products in and out of the "Customer Selections" column. By the time she left, she was happy and purchased a Vehicle Service Contract, GAP and Zurich Shield. We profited over $3500 just in the back-end. Another huge plus I can add for any prospective dealers is this........ I have employed a semi-retired F&I Manager who has been doing this for over 20 years. He is very "old school" and does not follow menu selling entirely. I talked him into trying this process we have using the iTap, and he now is a firm believer in using iTap, and his numbers show.

We switched over from the paper menu to the iTap program in February 2012. Since then our F&I gross has increased over $200 per car, service contract sales are up 9%, and our products per contract are up to 2.5 per delivery. Our F&I managers find it easy to use and customers love the interactivity.

I understand the hesitation for any kind of change, but doing away with a paper menu for the iTap is one that MUST be made. Ease of use and the flexibility on the fly is amazing. Being a small town dealer, the technology the iTap offers absolutely amazes our customers. They love to "drag" products into and out of the customer selections box and watch as it adjusts their payment in an instant. The customer feels totally in control all the while selecting more products than they would have using a paper menu....and is excited about it!! Most can't believe they can sign with just the tip of their finger! After hovering in the $900/pvr range, my first full month on the iTap system I ended up at $1765/pvr!!! That is why I'm a believer.

"Wow." That's all I can say. iTap is incredible. I can change the products, pricing, rates, terms and down payment right on the fly using the iPad. Customers LOVE the visual aspect of it and I wouldn't consider using a paper menu again. And best of all, my average has gone up significantly since the switch. You guys are the best.
